Founded by Michael B. Saryan in 2024, Concord Legal Group brings together attorneys with experience in corporate transactions, financing, business counsel, and litigation.

Michael’s background includes Gibson Dunn and Sheppard Mullin. The firm pairs that experience with direct involvement and an understanding of each client’s business objectives.
